We hate spam as much as you do. Boy do we hate spam.
The major email providers like Yahoo and Google hate it too and they try to eliminate as much spam as possible by filtering everyone’s incoming email for it. That’s a good thing. However, sometimes they can accidentally filter out the good emails. while eliminating the bad ones. This is especially true with emails that have financial words in the subject line or body of the email like ours.
To make sure all the Finding Freedom newsletter editions arrive in your inbox and aren’t deleted by mail filters, you just need to add us to your list of safe senders in your email program. Don’t worry, our crack team of scientists have made this very easy, with the quick steps below.
Two steps that guarantee you will receive all editions of the Financial Freedom newsletter:
1. Add the domain of montycampbell.com and the email address we use to send the newsletters (monty@montycampbell.com) to your address book.
2. If any of our messages do happen to get filtered, simply move it to your inbox and let your email program know that this is good email.
See, we said it was easy. Now all you have to do is take those two steps for your specific email program. To make that easy, we’ve described how to do it with the major email programs like Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail and others below:
AOL
Click the “Spam Controls” link on the lower right side of your inbox screen. When the “Mail & Spam Controls” box appears, click the “Custom Sender List” link. Add the domain of montycampbell.com and/or email address of monty@montycampbell.com, then click “add” and “save.”
For AOL 9.0 you can add our address to the “People I Know” list by:
Opening the latest issue of the newsletter.
Click the “Add Address” button on the right side of the screen to add us to your “People I Know” list.
Or, you can just send an email – any email – to the address of monty@montycampbell.com and your software will automatically add this address to your “People I Know” list.
For AOL 8.0 you’ll need to select “Allow Email from all AOL members, email addresses and domain” and save.
For AOL WEB MAIL Just reply to an email from us and future emails should get
delivered.
HOTMAIL, WINDOWS LIVE, MSN
Clicking the “Options” tab.
Click “Junk Email Protection” then select “Safe List” (it’s under the heading “Mail Handling”)
Enter the email address of monty@montycampbell.com in the “From” line of this newsletter.
Click “Add”.
When the address appears in your Safe List box click OK.
YAHOO
Click “Mail Options” then click “Filters”.
Click “Add Filter”
Select “Contains” in the pull down menu labeled “From Header”.
In the text box next to the pull down menu, enter the address of monty@montycampbell.com.
At the bottom, where it says “Move message to” select “Inbox” from the pull down menu.
Click the “Add Filter” button again.
Or you can try this:
Select the “Addresses” tab at the top of the screen
Select “Add Contact”
In the space next to “Email” enter the email address of monty@montycampbell.com.
Click “Save Contact”.
Click “Done”.
OUTLOOK
Right click on our most recent newsletter.
Click on “Junk” on the shortcut menu and then choose “Junk E-Mail Options”
Click the “Safe Senders” and then on the “Add…” button.
Enter the email address of monty@montycampbell.com and click on “OK”.
To be double-sure you can also select “Add Sender’s Domain” to “Safe Senders List” and
“Add Recipient” to “Safe Recipients List”. Depending on which version of Outlook you use, this option may also appear as “Never Block Sender” and “Never Block Sender’s Domain”.
Another way is to add the email address of monty@montycampbell.com to your Outlook Address Book.
One last thing to do, is open our most recent newsletter, click your right mouse button, select “Junk” and select “Not Junk”.
ALL OTHER EMAIL PROGRAM USERS
While these directions cover the majority of email programs, there are other programs not included in this list. If you are using a program not discussed above, please contact the customer service department for your program and let them know you want help adding safe senders to your email program.
